Job: Director of Nursing

SNF – Opened to the Carrollton community in January 2007. It is a 125-bed residential health community offering an interior design parallel to an independent living community while providing comprehensive rehabilitation and round-the-clock nursing. It is not what you typically think of when you hear “nursing home” or “assisted living facility.” This Cantex facility has comfortable, inviting amenities and includes programs that address the whole person, not just their medical needs.
This position requires at least 5 years of LTC/SNF, would prefer a candidate with 2 – 3 years minimal DON experience. Must have solid DON experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (Nursing Home), with excellent survey and census results. No job hoppers.
Salary in the 80-100k range plus 10-14k in bonus potential. (5575)
